No Dashboard; all formatting stripped
-
Yesterday, I lost any formatting related to WordPress.com. Everything from my own blog to the WordPress.com site appears as unformatted HTML. I have no Dashboard, either. I have cleared the caches on all of my browsers about ten times and reinstalled Flash, but still nothing. Help!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. Are you able to access the following URLs properly?
http://s0.wp.com
http://s1.wp.com
http://s2.wp.com -
No. I’m using Firefox (current version) and I got a “connection was reset” error on all three. What does this mean?

Some networks, or some browser settings mistakenly block access to the addresses I gave you, and which contain most of the formatting. If you are not accessing WordPress.com from the same network as usual (Home, work, school, etc.), it might simply be a matter of trying from another place, or allowing s0.wp.com to be accessible again.
Sorry, but that’s all I can come up with for now. Perhaps another volunteer has another idea.

No. I have Verizon FIOS and have never had a problem until yesterday. Nothing was changed until I started to have problems. It was at that time that I rebooted the router, updated Flash and dumped the caches on both Firefox AND Safari, just to make sure.
Now, I took a clue from Airodyssey and accessed WordPress through a proxy – and it worked! So while I’m not using a firewall here, something is blocking my access.

Well, I don’t know what happened, but I reset my FIOS router, wiped all of its preferences and started over from scratch – and it WORKED! So, if anyone else is having this problem and you know what to do, try resetting your router. It will mean that all of your user ID and password preferences, as well as your security settings, are wiped. You might want to write everything down BEFORE trying this.
