  No dashboard available to add an admin user to build website. I need to be able to add admin on dashboard so I can have my creator have access. Please call me to discuss at thank you Jackie Lollar

  Our developer and creator is trying to get access and I need to provide the needed details for him to log in and create the website. There is no dashboard. Who can I speak to?

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to set up? I see no sites under your
  WordPress.com account so is it possible you are referring to an account with another provider like Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?
