No Dashboard Showing so Cannot Post

I have queries on the Forum at the moment re two blogs since yesterday, but no one has come back to help. Please forgive me taking up so much time but I am desperate! I have cleared the cache and browsing history in an effort to help get my blogs back, but now there are no Dashboards on either of them, no image, no gravator on which to click. Without these, I cannot post or try to fix my sites. I am totally up the creek etc. ……….
The other blog is http://www.westendtobroadway.wordpress.com but it has not been activated yet because the emails are not reaching me.
I only managed to get into the Forum by logging on a week-old email from a help on the site.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
