Hi there,
When I go to http://transformingkidsministry.com/ I am able to access the site:
If you are still having trouble, please first try clearing your browser cache with this guide.
If that doesn’t work, please let me know.

Thanks for your help. I cleared the browser cache and it didn’t make any difference. I can often access the site, I just can’t get into the dashboard.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear this! Let’s try to clear out any kind of browser issues before going forward.
1. Are you using http:// or https:// ? see here
2. Please make sure you browser is up to date. You can upgrade any browser version here.
3. Try disabling all extensions or add-ons
4. Do you have third party cookies enabled? See here for more information
5. Do you have JavaScript enabled? http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
6. Which browsers have you tried so far? If you haven’t already, please try FireFox as well.
If none of those work, please view the guide below for more troubleshooting:
Let me know how this works out!

hi Grace, thanks for your continued help. I have done everything you suggested. And it hasn’t always been easy because most of the time when I use your links it goes to “no data received” on Chrome and “no connection” on firefox. I’ve done everything you’ve suggested, nothing works. Sometimes I can’t even get the links you send me to work on the first few attempts, it seems that anything that comes through wordpress.com has trouble. I don’t understand how after nearly two years of use this should suddenly happen. If you’ve got anymore suggestions that would be great. Kaye

HI Kaye,
Can you please give me exactly which version you are using in Firefox and Chrome? You can find this through:
Also if you could give me the answers to the questions I asked in the previous post that would be great! Thanks!

Hi Grace,
Well I think I’m getting somewhere. First to answer your questions: I’m using https, my browser is up to date, my 3rd party cookies are enabled, I’m using chrome 31 and firefox 26.
More importantly, I’m bypassing my internet provider and using my phone internet and all is working fine. So the problem is with my internet provider – but I don’t know how to fix that. Any suggestions?
as ever, I’m very thankful for your help, Kaye

So the problem is with my internet provider – but I don’t know how to fix that.
It may either be your ISP or computer. Do you also encounter this issue from a different computer on your same Internet connection?
Otherwise I recommend contacting your ISP and check if they might be blocking something.
Looking forward to your reply.
