''No Data Received'' Technical Issue in UK

”No Data Received” message still happening at Login and when moving around the Dashboard or to the site and back to Dashboard. Most of the time Login does not work on any site except WordPress.com but is lost as soon as I leave the WordPress site to visit my own sites. I was told some days ago that there was a technical issue which WordPress was aware of which affefcted some UK users. Please resolve it!

The reason given under the error message is:
”Unable to load the web page because the server sent no data.”
It has been like this for several days – when is the technical issue going to be resolved? ‘No timetable’ is not a helpful response. Thanks. -

Talk Talk Homesafe has been changed to Kids Safe with a default setting of ON. Setting it to OFF seems to resolve the issue. I’ll post again if not.

OK. For TalkTalk try this, which seems to have worked for me on Chrome and IE:
Change the Kids Safe setting to OFF
Clear your cache
(on Chrome go to History and the ‘Clear Bowsing Data’ button. Make sure the ’empty cache’ box is ticked. )
