No Delete Option Under Tools in the Dashboard

  I’m wanting to delete my blog but there is no option to delete under tools in the dashboard, how do I delete the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unless I’m mistaken your blog is a WordPress.org (A self hosted blog) and not a WordPress.com problem, they are not the same!
