No “Delete” Option under Tools Tab

  I am the administrator of the blog, Angie’s Organic Reviews and I would like to delete this blog….except….I cannot find the option under the Tools Tab. Is this because I am only the admin?

  Only the blog owner, the person who set up the blog, can delete the blog.
