No Deposits since november

Hello, not sure why but all my deposits are ‘Estimated’ since November 2022. Non of them was paid to my account. How can I fix it?

This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, we’d be able to look at those deposits.

To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
