No domain listed under domain manager

    I want to transfer my blog from its current registrar to a new registrar, but when I log into the domain manager, it is blank with no domains listed at all.

    The same thing happened with another account that I manage. Why is this, and how can I resolve it?

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / person that owns that domain name upgrade.

    Is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade?
