No Due Complaints Process
-
Why do I see no link on WordPress’s main page (in the footer) for a proper Complaints policy/procedure outside of this forum?
It is proper etiquette for any business to implement a strict complaints policy — especially with such a high volume of customers. Some information cannot be placed here because it will put customers off.
Mind you, that makes no difference to me if you lose custom. Any seeking rivals will just use your bad business etiquette to their own advantage. Thanks

Hi there,
Are you referring to the process of filing a complaint on a WordPress.com site/blog?
If so, this is under the umbrella of Terms of Service which is in the footer of WordPress.com’s main page:
Once you click on the Terms of Service link, you can find info on the complaints policy under
7. Specific Service Termswith a direct link to the complaints page: -

This is the best place to pass on information. Particularly if you have feature request/complaint, the ideas forum is where we like people to share that information:

We usually pass on those requests to our devs internally.
If you want it to be private, you can reach out to us at
