No editable field in Webmaster Tools Verification

  Hello.
  I am trying to verify my new site with Google. After following your instructions when adding the code to the Tools page, I can’t enter the code, as the field is not allowing me to edit it, although I can see the Save Changes button. I’ve had a browse through the forum, but there doesn’t seem to be a solution to assist.

  Please can someone help me?

  Which browser and version of it are you using please?
  Have you tried these troubleshooting techniques?

  If not please do and then try again.
  Have you tried another browser?

  Hello,

  I tried it in Firefox and Safari on a Mac. I have just tried it on a PC using IE and it works there. Could it be a mac issue?

  Hi again,

  Its a very simple solution – my screen contrast was so high, I couldn’t see the field where I needed to add my Google link. Sorry for wasting your time!
