No editor field appears in 'Additional CSS'

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi.

I am using the OceanWP theme with the following plugins:
    Elementor
    Elements Plus!
    Jetpack
    LiteSpeed Cache
    Ocean Extra
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Blocks
    WooCommerce Services
    WPForms Lite

I am trying to add Additional CSS in the WP Customizer but I see no field to enter the code into.

I have watched various tutorials on youtube but they all have a big blank box to enter code into when they open Additional CSS, whereas I only see the following options:

    “Media Width (px)

Set a different content width for full size images. The default content width for the OceanWP theme is 1200 pixels.

    START FRESH
DON’T USE THE THEME’S ORIGINAL CSS.

    Preprocessor (LESS / Sass)”

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi there,

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (WordPress.org) rather than WordPress.com. This forum is for questions related to WordPress.com sites only.

Head on over to the WordPress.org forums for assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/ or contact your theme developer.

To learn more about the two flavors of WordPress, please see this doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Hope this helps!
