  i dont have the editor olugin on my wordpress account….i cant edit my html codes

  WordPress.com blogs have built-in plugins only.

  Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No advertising links, JavaScript widgets or iframes can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  We bloggers do not have access to the template files underlying our themes on wordpress.COM hosted blogs and cannot edit them. This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme use the same underlying template found on the live demo site for each theme.

  Does Customize let me edit HTML?
  No. Customize allows you to edit fonts, colors, and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup or PHP code. If you require this functionality, please consider moving your blog to a web host that supports theme code modifications.   WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
