  this is the second time in a row that I have waited for you to send me a confirmation email and it has not come thru. i just want to build my site and can’t without the confirmation email

  I’m sorry you haven’t received your confirmation email. Please double check that you can receive mail to the email address specified in your account, and that no messages were filtered as spam by your email provider.
