NO EMAIL ACCESS

I have a paid account but can’t access it. I have been a paying customer for over ten years. There is no login link coming to me, there is no reset password. Nothing is working. I need to talk to a human but of course can’t without logging in. I can’t reset – again because no login links come to any of my emails, and yes, I have checked and tried repeatedly. There is no way for me to get a human to help. This is ridiculous after how many years I’ve been a customer. How do I get help from a human? I need to access my website. It is my business.
