Trying to initiate an account, wordpress doesn’t come with email addresses? Even the paid versions?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s correct. WordPress.com does not provide an email service for blogs on their subdomains or on custom domains. Please see these support docs:
