No email but money debited

How can I get WordPress contact. I registered a new domain name for another website and privacy for £22. Money leftmy accounton 19th but still no email of confirmation.
I never received any email on the day of purchase. I have been checking my junk mails but still nothing.
I tried today again to register the same domain and surprisingly it didnt recognised the domain name .
Please help how can i get in touch with WordPress

Till today I still haven’t got any email for this domain name registration.
Anyway I have contacted my bank to retrieve back the back the money cos its not fair. Not even a Welcome email

I see no record of any attempted purchase under the account you are posting from and no record of Smartgenerationevenplanner.com ever being registered with us.
As Auxclass notes, Smartgenerationevenplanner.com shows as being available to register.

Yes its still available for register which is why I’ve asked my bank sortthis out by getting my money back. I registered and chose £15 a year for host.
Anyway, its all with my bank investigating because the money debited is clear which my bank confirm from WordPress.

Do you have any contact like email to email and atleast sort something from my side.
I am confused and I believe I can get a good response when I emailed them why the £22 was debited and what it was fir because my domain paid for is still available then there’s something fishy.

ok i have another domain of childcare with another email but that was created months ago.
I did created Smartgenerationweddingplanning.wordpress.comthe same day and timing as the smartgenerationeventplanning.
But since the wedding one was free with wordpress.com.
I purchase .com for the eventplanning bcosI didn’t want to use the wordpress.
I purchase £15 for the .com and £7 for privacy.
Which surprised me I went through all the process from domain to privacy to payment and bought it. And never even received a Welcome email or even confirmation of purchase.Anyway, do you work with WordPress to take your word for this incident or can you get me any contact to WordPress.

That is the details showing for the debit. My bank confirm it taken by a company called
Wordpress.And to even confirm the Smartgenerationweddingplanning and that is the platform am chatting with you now so this tells me is not a clone website but this same WordPress.

Anyway I can recover the account cos I can’t remember the password i used. I have tried the password I wrote down but still not going through and since the email is a typo am not how i can recover this account.
