If you did not receive the Gravatar confirmation email:
https://en.gravatar.com/support/no-confirmation-email/Make sure you are checking in your spam/social folders.
Please double check that the email you have entered here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.
If using gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
If you have worked through the above information and still have trouble, please add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can take a look. You’ll see the option to add a tag in the right hand sidebar. Type modlook and click add. Please be patient while waiting for someone to get back with you.
