no email forwarding, no help from the developer

  I was hacked last year, mass spam emails. I now have site lock package but am just learning about my wordpress site and how it works. I am trying to reset my email forwarding but going in circles. how do I get to the “My Domains > Sites” as shown in the tutorials? I have full access to my admin page. I appreciate any help, thank you
