No email from Blog I follow. Why?

  I follow a Blog and it comes up in the Reader as Blogs I follow but the email notifications have stopped. Does the Blog turn them off. We are on good terms and share comments so that is not the problem.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
