No email notification for automatic renewal

‘Automatic renewal’ took place without any notification. Since it didn;t renew something I bought last year, but added £212 pounds for the domain name (which I didn’t buy last year) I am very unhappy. I wish for a full refund.
It’s also difficult to find where to ask for ‘Support’ for this question. When I clicked on the link to ‘contact support’ in the ‘No email notification’ FAQ, nothing happened. I sent a message on Saturday too, but who knows where it’s gone or whether it will be answered.

Hi. Please accept my apologies. I have found the email notification of renewal – I simply overlooked it. However, I did not realise that domain renewals were no longer included in the price of my subscription plan. Had I realised this, I would have cancelled sooner, as I cannot afford this sum. I would request that I am permitted a refund as I have still not completed my first full year.
