No eMail notifications when people comment new post

  Hello,
  I wanted to check something and maybe find a solution. There is a very popular blog about Formula 1 and it is using WordPress engine:
  jamesallenonf1.com
  There was an upgrade recently and after the upgrade many people do not get eMail notifications when somebody responds to their posts. I am one of them.
  Would you know what might be the reason and who should make a change….users or the admin?

  Hi. The blog in question is running the wordpress.ORG software, which is completely different from the wordpress.COM platform this forum supports.
