No email reply after import

  After I import from Xanga, there are no email received within 48 hours. I want to know what’s happening. Thanks!!

  In looking at your site, it seems there is quite a bit of content there. Could you take a look and let me know if the content I see is the imported content from Xanga? http://balletrosita.wordpress.com/

  If so, you should be all set. If not, let me know and we’ll troubleshoot further.

  Yes, It’s imported from Xanga.
  I want to import further, but it shown processing. While my last import were over 48 hours already.

  Are there any limited for the import? I have twenty-six file to import, but I can’t upload after the second file. Why?

  Hi there,

  We do not have a limit, however sometimes the Xanga importer will get stuck and so we will need to unstick it. I have done so again here and so you can continue to import your files. Please let me know if you run into troubles again and I’ll take care of it.

  Hiya,

  I have reset the importer again. Were you able to import more of your files, or did it get caught up on one? If just one, was it the same import file that it got caught up on previously? If so, you may want to try skipping it and move on to another one.

  I just caught up on one, and every time I tried on difference file, but most of them were fail to import. The day before i tried again, it shown processing now.
