No email with reset link

  Hi everyone, I am having trouble getting the link to regain access to my account. The email and the username are correct, but the email was shut down for a while, but now it is. Why isn’t it working?
  Obviously I’ve tried to get to the recovery page but I don’t have the proof requested to open a ticket. What am I supposed to do?
