No Emails for a New Post to Followers

  After using my site successfully for 14 years, today I published a post today but it didn’t send out a notice of the post to my followers. Why not?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like https://anokatony.com/2023/08/29/dictatorship-its-easier-than-you-think/ is the most recent post. Is that the one that failed?

  Please help me understand if it was the email notification about the new post that failed or something different.
