    No emails went out on my post http://a4bc.wordpress.com/2013/10/13/today-is-meta. I published it as I always do and the emails did not go to the people that have subscribed. I also am subscribed. I checked my settings and they are still the same.

    Howdy,

    I’m investigating this further for you. The system shows that an e-mail was sent to you notifying you on the 13th for that post. Did you check your spam/junk folder and well as the various tabs on Gmail (if you use that).

    If not, I’ll ask our systems team to check the raw logs.

    I checked the spam folder. There was no email. At least three of my followers I know of did not get their email also. I can privately give you their email addresses. They have always gotten them before. I believe none of my followers received the email for that post but I am positive about the other three. Also it shouldn’t be going in to our spam folders when we have gotten them and opened them before.

    Hi Susan,

    Please do share their e-mail addresses. If you paste them here, the system will hide them so only you and staff can see them. I’ll ask our systems teams to review the logs in case we received an error message back or something to that effect.

    Regarding spam, since it’s up to the mail client or your server to control spam, we always ask folks to check since it it outside of WordPress.com’s control.

    Hi,

    The first e-mail address is not subscribed to anything in our system. The second has indicated that they do not wish to receive any e-mails from blogs at WordPress.com (can be changed at https://en.wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/ ).

    If you have any additional folks, please ask them to contact us directly and we can help resolve why they may be having issues.

    I’m checking with the systems folks regarding your e-mail address.

    According to our system logs, the latest e-mail notification was sent out a couple of hours before your e-mail address was subscribed to receive notifications.

    We also checked a couple of others who were subscribed and set to receive e-mails. The logs indicates that they were sent and delivery successfully to their mail servers.
