No EPP authorization/locked domain
-
When I go through the process (by the letter – check Disable Domain Lock and click Email Transfer Code), the Transfer Domain page indicates that 1) *green bar* an email has been sent and 2) *red bar* the domain is currently unlocked.
However, I have NOT received an EPP code* (and I’ve done this 25-30 times over the course of the last two (2) days). Also, if I go to the provider that I wish to transfer the domain registration to, their site indicates that the domain is still LOCKED.
*Yes, I have checked my spam email folder – every time.
Thank you for you assistance,

Hi Michael,
I’m very sorry for the trouble you’re having with this domain transfer. We’re currently investigating an issue with our domain registrar where requests for the transfer code aren’t coming through. Our developers are looking into it and working on getting this working again, and I’ll let you know just as soon as I have an update about the issue.
If there’s anything more I can do to help in the meantime, please let me know.

Hi Michael,
I just got word from our developers that this issue is resolved. You’ll need to request the EPP code again using the steps here: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
If you run into any further trouble with this, please let me know. Again, I’m very sorry for the trouble you had with it up to now!
