no export option in Tools Dashboard menu?

    I would like to back-up my site using the Tools–>Export option. I have done this in the past, but for some reason now when I go to my dashboard, and click on tools, it no longer gives me this option. The only tools options I get are the “Press This” Bookmarklet and “Post by Email.”
    What happened to Export?

    To get to the Export area you’ll see a sub-menu pops up under Tools after you click it. 4 options should show up (Available Tools, Import, Export, and Delete Site). Click on Export.
