No “Extras Menu” in appearance tab

    I want to add the new “Snow Feature” from WordPress on my blog but when I go to “Appearances” on the dashboard, there is no “extras” option.
    My blog is: http://waseem.gadgetsrelease.com
    What should i do to use this feature?
