no facebook update

    I have enabled publicize to facebook, in my sharing setting I have agree dot “connected”, when I upload a new post I have a tick next to facebook, yet my posts just don’t appear on my facebook page. Can anybody help?
    Also, I just cannot connect to my twitter. I also have a green “connected” setting there but not only do my post not appear on twitter but the twitter tick box remains greyed out and unticked when I post. If I try to authorise activation with twitter I get the error page : Whoa there! The request token for this page is invalid. It may have already been used, or expired because it is too old. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.

    If you see the message “Error – See Support” after connecting to Facebook, there is a problem with the Facebook account being used. Only Facebook Pages that have an associated Profile can be used with Publicize. Follow the “Reconnecting Facebook” steps above and connect to a Facebook Profile that has administrative rights to the Page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#troubleshooting
