No feedback from Billing – need to restore domain asap

Hi, it’s been more than 48 hours already since Ivan N. from Billing asked me to pay the repurchasing fee for my lost domain. He said to let him know once paid so he can restore it manually. I haven’t gotten any feedback since. Made my payment as soon as I received the instruction. A receipt was also emailed to me immediately after the payment was made. Please help as I’m worried the time period to secure that domain might already lapse and I need it back asap. Initially made a chargeback payment when my renewal payment was declined due to a mistake in reporting it to the card company.
