I checked the domain nonstopnomad.net and noticed it was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. It means your site was hosted by a different hosting company. And because the domain is no longer active, we can’t check where it was hosted.
You may want to check your old records (like emails) to find out who your hosting service provider was. You can contact them to see if they have any backups of your site. If not, you may be out of luck, I’m afraid.
If you’d like to start a new site with your domain, you can go to https://wordpress.com/pricing and choose a paid plan to get started with. You’ll be able to register the domain again on your new site.

hi thanks for the response and information.
What happens if i made my own website off the WordPress platform, paid for a year with a domain name. then it was live i could view it. but after a year i didnt pay my domian name, therefore wordpress deletes my webiste that i made?
What happens to the website i had made ?

On WordPress.com, if your upgrades expire your site reverts to “free” status, and is still online at the “wordpress.com” URL. However this is not true of sites you have with other providers. In this case you will want to go to your original host and ask if they have backups available (we don’t have backups for sites on other providers) and see if they are able to restore your previous sites from backup.
