No "Follow Blog" Widget for theme Twenty Ten 1.2?

  My friend has a WordPress blog with the theme Twenty Ten 1.2 (http://resurfaceart.com/blog/) but does not have a Follow Blog widget to drag-and-drop into her sidebar. She says her blog was free, so I’m not sure why she wouldn’t have this option like mine (which is free) too?

  Not all WordPress sites are created equal – WordPress.COM (here) modifies the themes highly to add functions – Your friend might be using a stock WordPress.ORG install on some system that is free also
