No Follow me button

  People are unable to follow me. I went to the Dashboard-Settings-Reading and the Show follow button is checked. What else should I look at?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. That follow button is specifically for logged out users, i.e. people not on WordPress.com themselves. That button doesn’t appear on mobile phones.

  Logged in users (including yourself if you view the blog) won’t see that button, but they can follow you via the follow link in the admin bar at the top of the page.

  If your theme supports widgets, you can also add a follow blog widget that both logged in and logged out visitors can use, or you can use the blog subscription short code inside posts and pages that people can use to sign up. But these are extra options, and not a requirement for people to follow you. It just makes it easier for them.
