No Form Plugins Work

    No form plugins work on my beta WordPress site.

    Custom Contact, Contact Forms 7, Ninja Forms, etc.
    Yet, they all work on my other sites, some with the same and other webhosts.

    On the beta site, I switched to twenty-fifteen theme and the form doesn’t work. That discounts a theme issue.

    Next on the beta site, deactivating all the plugins, the forms don’t work. Discounting a plugin conflict.

    The WordPress beta site is in a subdirectory of the current site. The current site is using Custom Contact Forms and NOT the latest version 6 which has many issues. The current site uses the previous version of Custom Contact Forms and functions just fine.

    The previous version of Custom Contact Forms also works fine on my other sites, with assorted web hosts.

    So it’s something very specific to the beta site in that subdirectory.
    NOT any of the following : Webhost, Plugin Conflict or Theme.

    Is Sherlock Holmes available?

    I’d like to get the new site up and running in place of the current one tonight, but I need a working registration form for this humble youth program.

    Sorry but that site you are referring to is not hosted WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with your WordPress.ORG issue. We cannot help you here.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
