no form showing on my blog

  all forms are in the system but not shown on the site … why? how to fix?

  Eaxcatly what kind of a “form” are you referring to please. Do you mean a contact form? http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  yes, contact forms, they are not appearing on the site, although I can see them inside the system when I log in
