No free domain option

    Hello, I am trying to create a new site for my class, and when I do so there is no option to do a free (.wordpress.com) domain, only paid domains. I looked in the forum and the advice there didn’t help – There is no ability to hit ‘continue’ and go past where it asks me to select what kind of blog and what name I want for it. I need to do this ASAP as the class starts on Monday. Please help!

    Hi there!

    What address are you trying to register? Have you tried typing the whole address with .wordpress.com included in the search box?
    You will not see your desired address in the suggestions if that address is already reserved so I also suggest trying to open the address directly in your browser to see if it’s taken.
