No free option when launching site

    Hi there!

    I’m trying to launch my website and it will not appear with the free option. I’ve tried in the customizer and the settings. When I click on launch, the option to “keep it free” doesn’t appear at the top either, no matter where I click. It is not at the bottom either. I can not go any further to step 2. I’ve cleared my cache, tried different browsers, and opening and going back in. Is there something wrong with my account?

    Hi there,

    After you click Launch, on the domain step click Skip Purchase. Then you’ll see the option to continue with free on the next page.

    I am having the same problem. I have clicked as you suggest above and can’t get past this and see nowhere it states continue with a free option?

    Ensure that you leave blank the field at the top that says “Enter a name or keyword”. Instead just click on “skip purchase” at the bottom right next to your new free address as seen above and then click on continue with free at the top on the next page.

    @richiesflowersplants, I see that you have already launched your site and it’s currently on the Free plan. Is there anything else you need help with?
