no function 'add theme'

    Hello! Faced with such a problem. I go to the ‘Appearance’, ‘Themes’, and there is no function ‘add theme’, even though I’m an admin. What should I do?

    You are not able to upload new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on the self-hosted version.

    @olgavoron: To add to Geoffrey’s explanation:

    Although it’s not possible to upload a third-party theme here at WordPress.com, we do have hundreds of hand-picked themes available in our repository. I encourage you to have a browse about and use the filters at the top:
