No gear icon to cancel upgrade

I would like a refund as I am no longer using the blog, girlwilltravel.wordpress.com. I was billed May 30th and it says that I can get a refund for up to a month. I want the refund, but the gear icon is missing! Please help resolve this issue. The total for the upgrade was $30.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
