  Hello.

  I don’t get validation code sms on my phone when trying to log into my account. Please help.

  Hello.

  I don’t have any issue with my password. The problem is not getting the validation code sent to my phone number in order to login to my account.

  My account is still accessible through my jetpack app but I cannot edit my main info

  Hi @twseministry, do you have recovery codes you can use to log into the account? If not, you will need to work through the account recovery team to regain access, even though you have the password, because you’re using multi-factor authentication.

  If you didn’t save the recovery code while you had access to the account, you can’t get them now.

  Please submit the account recovery form or send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our account recovery team can help you with the two-step authentication code so you can log into your account and generate new backup codes.

  We are not able to help with this here in the forums. So you must contact us using one of the options mentioned above.
