No he recibido reembolso al cancelar la compra de un dominio

  Compre un dominio en wordpress, me decía que me podían reembolsar el dinero si yo cancelaba la compra dentro de las 48 horas siguientes y así lo hice, me llego un correo para confirmar que si deseaba cancelar el dominio, yo le di que si y me llego otro correo diciéndome que se había realizado la cancelación y que se había hecho un reintegro de $28, al final del correo me decía que podía tardar hasta 7 días en que el reembolso fuera visible en mi cuenta bancaria (porque pague con tarjeta) pero ya pasaron los 7 días y aún no me han reembolsado el dinero. ¿Que puedo hacer?

  Check the link you sent me and actually said that to me and refunded the money, but my bank account is not, I still have the same balance and has not been modified since the day you buy the domain

  Hi there,

  It looks like the refund was made one day after the purchase. Perhaps the charge never actually cleared your account before the refund was issued? Can you double-check to make sure you see a deduction from WPCHRG?

  Again I checked my bank account and it appears only “Buy WPCHRG.COM -$336.22 07/17/2014” just looks purchase, but nowhere is the reimbursement
