No help but forums and FAQ?

    I posted a question on the forums many days ago about a problem Im having with my notifications.
    However after several days of no activity, I decided to look for help and see if I could find a way to be in touch with WP besides the forums.
    But no such luck, besides a sort of premade FAQ and the forums I can find nothing.
    I’ve got a notification icon thats constantly lit up and I can’t check it.
    No idea what to do about it.
    Someone please help.

    Do you know which version of Firefox you are using? You can find out by loading supportdetails.com into your browser.

    Does this problem persist if you try to access the drop down in a different web browser? Like Chrome or Safari?
