No help/ support! New photography theme!

I have bought the Photography theme. I want it to work exactly as illustrated. However, I don’t know how to get a gallery page with other “gallery”or “slideshow” off it when an image is clicked. In fact I can’t get anything to work!
I’ve done galleries before as single images but have no idea how to have other images linked to those.
I am deeply annoyed that WordPress have not even set up an instruction page on how to obtain the look they advertise when promoting these upgrade themes! I’ve been working for over 3 days on this with no result! I’m losing customers! I need help rapidly. Support – supposedly closed until Monday – ha! Automated replies useless. Anyone out there with some sound advice? Many thanks, Paula

It’s the American Thanksgiving… support is off eating turkey. I put a modlook thing in the tags, so if any support people are in here they should stop by. You might have success here: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/ but I’m not sure if he / she works on paid themes.
