No Homepage Display Setting in Reading Settings

  Hello

  I am using Newspaper theme on my website. I am not able to find the homepage showing on my dashboard. It is not visible in “Reading settings” nor in the customization. I am attaching the screenshot too https://imgur.com/a/1AiJdBv
