No Https, Clear Text Passwords

  Hi,
  Should I be concerned that my password was sent to me in clear text when I signed up for a WordPress.com blog account? Why no use of SSL/https?

  I’d like to suggest that you send your suggestion into staff using either the Support button on the top right hand corner of any admin side blog page or using this link during support hours http://wordpress.com/contact-support/

  Hint: You may want to do some Google searching https site:wordpress.com
  We used to have https at wordpress.com but this was discontinued.

  Are you talking about https://m.wordpress.com? If not, I need another hint to understand what you are getting at ;-)

  I guess with a gazillion WordPress.com users, this is not really a big deal to many people. I just found it strange.
