No Idea What is Going On

    I am an intern at a company called Datis. I write blogs for the company and they asked that I add an image to my profile so readers can put a name to the face. I tried to do it through Gravatar and it wouldn’t let me sign in, claiming that there was no username under the email I use. I then made a new account with the same email and now for some reason I have another wordpress account under the same email. All I wanted to do was change my damn profile picture. Can you delete the account I am emailing you on and fix the issue with my other account? Thank you.

    Hi @jclark2017, your account with Datis is probably a standalone WordPress.org installation, so you don’t automatically have a matching account here. Here’s what to do.

    1) Head to /wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings ; scroll down and check the email address there.

    2) Log into WordPress.com using that account, or if you don’t already have an account with that address, change the address on this one: https://wordpress.com/me/account . Be sure you have confirmed ownership of the account.

    3) Go to Gravatar.com, authorize the login. Add your photo.
