No Images in Shop Page

I cannot seem to get images of my products to appear on my shop page. I have checked the ‘star’ for featured images already. I am relatively new to this so a full explaination would be most helpful

That site is not a hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
