No images on static page in Zuki theme

    I’ve listened to all the videos, everything is set up like I want it but no images show up on my front page, except those in the gallery. The about me gravatar is missing, all the post images are missing.

    Please help!

    I presume that you’ve assigned featured images to your posts, and you wonder why the images don’t appear on the front page. If that is the case, please note that the size of your chosen images may be the problem. The Quick Specs section of the Zuki theme support page says,

    1. The default Post width is 640
    2. The default featured post image width is 840.
    3. The featured images widths for posts in the Big Recent Posts widget is 1200 + a min. height of 600.
    4. Featured post images in the Featured Content Slider should be 1200×800.
    5. The sidebar width is 240.

    The above stipulations indicate that depending upon layout option chosen for featuring posts on your front page, the size of the featured image uploaded should be at least the corresponding required height and width given in the specs.

    Images which are smaller than the required dimensions may fail to display.

    The demo uses the same layout that you are using. The featured images in the post slider are 1200 X 800 pixels. The featured images in the “Latest Highlights” sections are 840 pixels wide. You don’t have to create images exactly of these dimensions. The images you begin with will be cropped to to these dimensions.
