No images when you share blog entries

I have a list on my blog, the ten most popular blog entries. Now they suddenly all show the same picture, that is the picture I have in the URL for my blog, instead of different pictures from each blog entries. The same thing happens when I (or anyone else) try to share a blog entry from my blog, on for ex. Facebook. Then you only get the option of choosing one picture, that is the picture from my URL. I can see that there is the same problem on my friends WordPress blog. He has no image in his URL and therefore, if you want to share his blog entries on facebook you get no image with the blog entry.
